Our services include, but are not limited to: Silicone Rendering, Monocouche Rendering, Smooth Coat Rendering, Acrylic Rendering, Insulated Rendering, Pebble Dashing, Roughcasting, Pointing, Re-Pointing, External Wall Insulation, Render Crack Repairs, and Cement Render.

Each project is carried out according to the agreed statement of work, which specifies job details such as customer information, service description, timeline, and cost estimate.

Terms Overview

1. Definitions: All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to A and A Rendering Limited.
2. Term: Work begins as agreed and ends upon completion of services and payment in full.
3. Services: We guarantee a professional standard, compliance with regulations, and adherence to agreed timelines, unless delayed by factors beyond our control.
4. Appointments: Any changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Materials: All materials remain our property until payment is received in full.
6. Customer Premises: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
7. Charges and Payment: Payment terms will be stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Warranties: We warrant the quality of our workmanship for the agreed warranty period.
9. Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen events.
10. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions.
